Deputies arrested a 52-year-old Sarasota man on several charges after he allegedly sold methamphetamine to a undercover detective not once but TWICE!.
Deputies say that an undercover detective purchased one gram of meth from Kevin On October 29, 2019. It was then placed away as evidence.
Another interaction involving drugs took place October 30th, same guy and yes, it was also meth.
Deputies say that both transactions were recorded and took place in Sarasota County, and Maness used a cellular device to arrange both of the transactions.
Maness was arrested on August 24th. He remains in custody on a $35,000 bond on two felony counts of sale of methamphetamine and a single count of use of a two way communications device to facilitate a felony.
