Tampa Bay Buccaneers Training Camp Visit with Billy Jack

I had the pleasure of taking a field trip to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp prior to the 2019-2020 NFL season and it was a great experience. The Miami Dolphins were also in town sharing a joint practice before their Week 2 Preseason match-up. Due to the unpredictable weather, the majority of the practice was done inside their beautiful indoor practice facility. I was able to snag a few clips of the Bucs offense running some plays against the Dolphins defense.

Here's Bucs QB Jameis Winston dropping back and hitting WR Mike Evans in stride! Look to see much more of this connection all season long.

Speaking of the Winston to Evans connection... here is some more of the same. Winston dumps it off to Evans on a short drag route.

The Buccaneers have plethora of offensive weapons, and in a time in the NFL where talent at the tight end position is dwindling, the Bucs are fortunate to have both O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate. Here is Winston hitting Brate on a slant across the middle.

A player to keep an eye on this preseason is the very talented RB Ronald Jones II. The dynamic duo of Jones and Peyton Barber are ready to lead the Bucs backfield this season. Here is Jones busting it outside and getting around the corner for the score.

It was an amazing opportunity to see both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins up close and personal as they prepare for the 2019-2020 NFL season. I was also able to chat and snag a picture with the Chief Operating Officer of the Bucs, Brian Ford.

With a new head coach in Bruce Arians and a potentially explosive offense, the Bucs have all the tools to make their first playoff run since 2007. We're looking forward to what this season has in store for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
