Kennedy Space Center Virtual "Space After School" Camps!

SpaceX And NASA Prepare For Next Launch Attempt On Saturday, After Weather Delays Wednesday Launch

Over the summer, my daughter took part in a Virtual Space Camp presented by the Kennedy Space Center via Zoom, and she LOVED IT! This is a program that kids all over the world can enjoy! They did experiments, learned how the Space Center operates and learned lots of wild facts about outer space! If your kids have any interest or curiosity in Outer Space, then they will really enjoy these programs!

This program will be a 5-day online after school program, which will be offered at three times each day. Each session will last about an hour and a half and will be offered at either 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. ET. each weekday from Oct. 19th - 23rd

Campers will connect in real-time via zoom video conference to a member of space the center’s education staff. In the program campers will get to engage in hands-on science, technology, engineering and math activities. And here are some of the topics they will cover: To The Moon and Back, The Space Shuttle Program, the International Space Station and Life on Mars!
