In our wildest dreams, did we ever think this could happen to us? The ENTIRE WORLD virtually shutting down? I remember just a few weeks ago thinking this was all a big overreaction when the newest James Bond movie delayed its release date. Then I thought it was ridiculous that leagues were considering playing games without fans (I'd LOVE to have AT LEAST that right now!). Then restaurants closed, beaches shut down and park facilities closed. Just insane! In the wake of tragic deaths and illness, there has been SOME good that has come from this. We have been forced to slow down, reconnect with loved ones via social media, take walks, exercise, clean out the garage and possibly, just relax a little! The environment is benefiting too! L.A. is seeing its biggest decrease in smog since 1980! All of this in just a few short weeks! So, perhaps, the Earth is getting a moment to also take a breath of air.
