Miami, FL - Federal authorities arrested a Miami Beach man after investigators say he made online threats targeting President Donald Trump, Senator Marco Rubio, and former Attorney General Pam Bondi.
According to federal court documents, law enforcement agencies began investigating after identifying a series of social media posts containing violent language directed at several public officials.
Prosecutors allege the suspect published threatening statements online that referenced killing government figures and included explicit remarks aimed at elected leaders.
Investigators traced the online activity to a Miami Beach resident, who was later taken into custody by federal agents.
According to the criminal complaint, one of the alleged posts included the statement, “Imma kill all y’all pedophiles,” while referencing Trump, Rubio, and Bondi.
Authorities said the threats were taken seriously due to the nature of the language and the public figures involved.
Federal officials stated the investigation included reviewing electronic evidence and online communications linked to the suspect.
Law enforcement agencies have not released information indicating whether the suspect possessed weapons or had plans to carry out the alleged threats.
The man is facing federal charges related to threatening interstate communications, according to court filings.
Prosecutors said the case remains active as investigators continue examining digital evidence connected to the incident.
Authorities emphasized that threats against public officials are investigated at the federal level and can carry significant criminal penalties if proven in court.
No injuries were reported in connection with the case, and officials said the arrest was completed without incident.
