A Miami-Dade mom is suing Roblox, claiming the child gaming app enabled a pedophile to groom and rape her eleven-year-old daughter. National Center on Sexual Exploitation attorney Dani Pinter says there needs to be more laws in place to prevent this from happening. Florida's attorney general sent a subpoena to Roblox in May demanding information on how it's marketed to kids and how it monitors chat rooms. Roblox claims it uses facial age estimation technology to verify ages of all users.
