A Miami Federal Jury returning a $329-million dollar verdict against Tesla - finding the automaker 32-percent liable for a crash involving the car's full self driving technology.
Dillon Angulo and his girlfriend Naibel Leon were outside their parked SUV on the side of the road, when George McGee - behind the wheel of a Tesla in autopilot mode - hit the couple at more than 60 miles per hour - killing Leon and seriously injuring Angulo.
The jury found McGee 67-percent liable since he was 'searching for a dropped cellphone on the car's floorboard' at the time of impact.
Tesla says they'll appeal and put the blame squarely on McGee.
