The company that operates the Margaritaville At Sea Paradise cruise ship is facing a second lawsuit over an alleged rape on board.

A woman filed suit last month against Classica, accusing a crew member of sneaking into her room and sexually assaulting her while she slept back in May.

The woman claims she became pregnant and was "forced to terminate the pregnancy," from which she suffered from serious complications.

The alleged victim was sharing a room on the ship with another woman who is also suing the cruise line, claiming Hoobesh Dookhy also assaulted her.

The man claims the sex was consensual but pleaded guilty to lesser charges of abusive sexual contact in November. He faced a possible life sentence in federal court if the case went to trial.
