This week's adoptable pet from the Humane Society of Sarasota County is.... POPPY! She's 2 and has the SWEETEST eyes! Oh my gosh. Here is what the staff at HSSC have to say about her.
"Hi there, I'm Poppy! I'm a sweet and lovable girl in search of a home of my own! I love to hang out in the garden here at the shelter and if you throw a toy for me I'll happily chase it. I'm a little nervous at first, especially when it comes to other dogs, but I warm up given the chance. I'm happiest sitting by your side for pets as we watch the world go by; doesn't that just sound perfect to you?"
For 20 years, Jones and Company features an adoptable pet from Humane Society of Sarasota County every Tuesday.
