LATEST NEWS 9/21/2021 - LAUNDRIE ATTORNEY CANCELS PRESS CONFERENCE AFTER SPEAKING WITH FBI
Brian Laundrie's attorney canceled a press conference originally set for 1pm on Tues 9/21 after speaking with the FBI. Laundrie has been on the run since Tuesday, September 14th. That is the the date his parents reported seeing him. His Ford Mustang was retrieved at Carlton Reserve after his parents found a note that he was going on a hike.

FBI EXECUTES SEARCH WARRANT AT THE LAUNDRIE FAMILY HOME IN NORTH PORT, FL (MON 9/20/21)
MONDAY, September 20th - The FBI announced a “search warrant” twice before removing Chris and Roberta Laundrie from their home in North Port, Fla., on Monday. The FBI Denver office on Sunday confirmed that authorities located what they believe is the body of Gabby Petito, the Florida girl who vanished while on a cross-country trip with her boyfriend Brian Laundrie.

BODY FOUND IN WYOMING 9/19/21 - NOT CONFIRMED TO BE GABBY YET, AUTOPSY SCHEDULED THIS WEEK
Authorities say the body found in Grand Teton National Park was likely that of Gabby Petito, noting the body matched the description of the missing woman. No cause of death has been named yet.
Authorities said the investigation is still ongoing, adding that the body has yet to be 100% positively identified. They also confirmed an autopsy will be performed this week.
BACKSTORY, FIANCES TAKE CROSS COUNTRY TRIP LATE JUNE - AUGUST 2021
22 year-old, Gabby Patito, was on a cross-country trip with boyfriend/fiance, Brian Laundrie of North Port, FL. They left New York state in June and headed west in her van. She is an aspiring blogger and health enthusiast that saved up working at organic juice bar for the trip of a lifetime. They were sleeping in the van and documenting their travels on their Instagram pages and on their new Youtube channel, Nomadic Statik, #vanlife.
DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE CALL MOAB, UTAH 8/12/21 (CALLED IN BY ONLOOKER)
There was a domestic disturbance on August 12th while in Moab, Utah where the two were having an altercation outside of their van that was loud and disturbing enough for a witness to call the authorities. There is body cam footage from the incident (1:17:00) that the Moab Police released in full.
COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION DURING THE TRIP
The couple kept in touch with family throughout their travels via text, calls and Facetime. The last communication that Gabby's family knows to be her, was a Facetime call on August 25th. Her communications ceased at the end of August with the last text stating to her parents, "no service in Yosemite". This was alarming to her parents as Yosemite was not on their itinerary that Gabby meticulously put together. The rrip was also documented on Instagram and one video on Youtube.
HIKERS INTERACTION WITH LAUNDRIE AFTER LAST KNOWN COMMMUNICATION BETWEEN GABBY AND PARENTS
Hikers said they picked up Brian Laundrie (Gabby's boyfriend) while he was hiking in Grand Teton. After some time together, he freaked out and declined the ride. Laundrie later drove Gabby's van all the way to his parents home in North Port, Florida where he has refused to cooperate with police.

Laundrie remains silent on what might have happened during their cross-country road trip. But while Laundrie is exercising his right to not talk to law enforcement authorities, he has also now "gone missing" according to his parents. For several days, North Port Law enforcement, public authorities and the FBI have been searching the surrounding Carlton Preserve.
