Ready or not, plans to re-open Florida have begun. According to Gov. DeSantis, beginning Monday, May 4th, Florida will enter phase one of re-opening. We've already seen or heard many beaches are opening back up. With phase one getting under way, that also means restaurants and store will be allowed to start opening back up at 25% capacity - provided they get the green light from local government.
