For years, their has been a raging debate regarding the correct way to say "GIF".
GIFs are the fun, animated pics you can send in texts and on social media. Everyone loves them and most of us use them on a daily basis. However, most of us also mispronounce "GIF".
Although Jif is obviously pronounced with a "soft G," people often mispronounce the word "GIF," which is short for Graphics Interchange Format. It's said with a "soft G like the peanut butter and not a "hard G."
