25 years ago this week, Disney's "The Lion King" was in theaters and Elton John's "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" was all over the radio waves. John Favreau is the director of the remake and he has a star-studded cast. The new version includes names like Beyonce Knowles, Donald Glover, Seth Rogan and Keegan-Michael Key just to name a few.
The 2019 remake of Disney's "The Lion King" opens in theaters later this month and we want to celebrate by sharing movie clips and links to the most popular songs from both the original and the new movie.

This song was on Billboard's Top 100 chart for seven weeks and climbed to #6 25 years ago this week! I can't believe it has been 25 years! This song also helped Elton earn an Academy Award and Grammy.
