Lisa Loeb's "Stay" is 25 Years Old

When a hit song turns 25 years old it is officially of age to be called a "classic hit". When they are new to this classification, they are just cute little baby classics! This week's baby classic is.....

Known for her signature 1950's cat-eyed glasses, Lisa Loeb hit the air waves and MTV with a vengeance. Both her fashion and billboard hit solidified her spot in '90s nostalgia forever. "Stay" was featured on the 1994 cult classic "Reality Bites" movie soundtrack and landed on VH1's Top 100 '90s Songs. "Stay" stayed at the #1 spot for 3 weeks in the summer of '94 and lingered on the charts for a whopping 30 weeks.
