**Update: The boat was stolen by a dockhand who has now been arrested with four counts of boating under the influence and property damages. New footage included below.
A marina was ROCKED, literally, over the weekend in Sarasota, Florida. A drunk man was arrested after slamming in to multiple docked boats at Marina Jacks. Police have reported he has been charged with three counts of operating a boat under the influence and property damages.
