Florida's hurricanes, shark attacks, tornadoes and lightning strikes makes it the scariest state in nation, according to real estate search site Estately.

The study looked at 15 common fears like hurricanes, clowns, dentists, bears and murders to rank all 50 states. Following Florida in scariness is Georgia, which is apparently not a good place to be if you're afraid of flying. Texas is third on the list, mainly because it has a lot of snakes and spiders.

The rest of the Top 10 is rounded out by Louisiana (murders), Alabama (prison), North Carolina (hurricanes), California (sharks), South Carolina (murders), Mississippi (murders) and Virginia (hurricanes). The least scary state is South Dakota.
