This message in a bottle made it across the Gulf of Mexico and landed on the shores of Corpus Christi, Texas! Who sent this?!? Read the original post for info. SO COOL!
Here is what Paisley, who found the bottle, posted in the "Venice, FL Community" Facebook group:
"Hi.. not sure if this is allowed. Im from Corpus Christi Tx & found a msg in a bottle at the beach over the wknd. In the msg was an email address. I emailed butno response. Said the bottle is a tracking bottle & was thrown out to sea somewhere in Venice Florida. Just trying to somehow get in touch with the person who threw it out. Only info I have is the email."
The sender was found! He is a bottle tracker named, Russel. His email and update is below.
