Sarasota Frontline Workers are Going to the Super Bowl

The patient care team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital was interrupted during a Zoom meeting, only this time, it was a good thing! The meeting was interrupted by the National Football League's Commissioner, Roger Goodell, inviting them to Super Bowl LV! The patient care team from SMH is one of the busiest COVID-19 units in Florida. As a large thank you for their efforts, they will now attend the big game on February 7th at Raymond James. The health care heroes that have been invited will have both doses of the vaccine two weeks prior to attendance. Only 22,000 people will be allowed in the stadium, and a crew from Sarasota will be part of it all!

Congratulations to the team and THANK YOU to all front liners that have worked so hard since early 2020.
