For 12 years, Jones and Company have hosted their national award winning blood drive, Pints for Play. The blood collected in one day are collected at the five Suncoast Blood Center locations. Due to COVID, we were forced to revise how we run this event. For each donation this year listeners received a t-shirt, plug for their business or got to hear their favorite song PLUS a gift card to Publix for a Thanksgiving turkey. Badger Bob's Services stepped up to make sure this event not only happened, but t-shirts and turkeys were provided to all donors.
We are so proud to announce that in ONE DAY, the Suncoast Blood Center had their single biggest donation day of 2020 with 362 units of blood products donated. This doubled any expectations AND double the success of any drive held since March 2020. THANK YOU SUNCOAST!!!
